Penny Kay Leeser

June 5 1961 - January 12 2024

Penny was born in Ohio and moved to Illinois at the age of five where she remained until she joined the US Navy in 1978.  After having served five years in the military, she met her husband who was serving in the US Air Force in 1985 while visiting her grandmother in Biloxi, Mississippi.  They married in 1988, then traveled to Germany and Oklahoma before settling in Arizona to raise their family.

Penny had many hobbies, among which were scrapbooking and quilting.  She loved decorating her house and was dedicated to making it a warm and loving home.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends.

Penny is survived by her husband, her daughter Katrina, her son David, and her greatest joy, her grandson, Urijah.

Penny passed away in the early hours of January 12th after a short but fierce battle with stage 4 cancer.  She will be deeply and dearly missed by all who knew her.
